Sandwiches are one of the most favorite snacks for kids. I have shared some delicious sandwiches before if you have not tried those here are the links -

Today's sandwich is even quicker and more delicious. And why not? If you gonna combine Chocolate and Cheese into Sandwiches that means your kids gonna jump with excitement. These sandwiches are mouth-watering and super-duper easy to make. Let's make it!

Chocolate Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients -

1/2 cup Chocolates (I am using Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips)
Shredded Cheese
4 Bread Slices
Unsalted Butter

Method -

Step 1. Melt the chocolates in a chocolate melting pot. If you do not have a chocolate melting pot you can buy something like this.

Step 2. Till the time chocolate pieces are melting, take the bread slices and cut the brown edges from the slices.

Step 3. Apply evenly, a thin layer of butter on one side of the slices.

Step 4. Once the chocolates are melted good, it is time to prepare the sandwiches.

Step 5. Spread the melted chocolate on the inner slice of the bread. Put cheese on top of it and then close the sandwich using the other buttery bread.

Step 6. Prepare one more sandwich using the same method.

Step 7. Using the sandwich maker or a Tawa, toast the sandwich for a minute or so depending on your sandwich maker. If you are using Tawa flip the sandwich so both sides are properly toasted.

Garnishing -

Step 8. Once the sandwich is ready, cut it into halves.

Step 9. Garnish with some light cheese and chocolate pieces.

Your delicious Cheesy Chocolate Sandwiches are ready. Serve immediately and always serve hot!

KW Tips -

1. If you do not have a chocolate melting pot then use a double boiler method to melt.

2. You can use any chocolate of your choice; Sweet, Semi-sweet, or Dark.

3. If you are using Chocolate Bar, before melting cut it into small pieces to speed up the process.
