Kids and Veggies, it's not easy to combine these two together. Apart from that if you don't want to use cheese, then it's gonna be harder. Well! Ladies in today's post, we are going to make something which tastes too good to resist, doesn't have any cheese, very filling and full of nutrients. We are making Capsicum Multigrain Sandwich. The best part of this Sandwich is that you can make it for yourself too, this is the best tiffin option for working people and also can be served as a Breakfast and Evening Snacks. Let's see how we can make it!
Capsicum Multigrain Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients -
- Half-Orange Capsicum sliced lengthwise
- Half Yellow Capsicum sliced lengthwise
- Half Green Capsicum sliced lengthwise
- 1 Onion sliced lengthwise
- 1 cup boiled Yellow Corns
- 2 tbsp Grated Carrot
- 150 grams Grated Paneer
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic Sauce
- 2 tbsp Red Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- Half tsp Oregano
- Half tsp Italian Seasoning
- Half tsp Dry Parsley Leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Amul Butter
- Multigrain Seeds Bread
- Lettuce Leaves for Garnishing (Optional)
Method -
For Filling -Step 1. In a pan, heat the Oil.
Step 2. Add Onion, Green, Yellow and Orange Capsicum. Saute them for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Step 3. Add Corns, Carrots and saute for 1 minute.
Step 4. Add all the three Sauces and Spices, saute for a minute.
Step 5. Put off the flame and then add grated Paneer, mix it very well.
The filling is ready. Let it cool down.
For Sandwich -
Step 6. Apply butter on the outer side of the Bread.
Step 7. Add filling properly of the inner side of the bread, cover it with the other bread.
Step 8. Heat the Tawa on Medium Flame and toast the sandwich for 1 minute, then flip the side and toast again.
The Sandwich is ready.
Garnishing -
Step 9. Once the sandwich is ready, cut it into half.
Step 10. In plate, place Lettuce leaf, then add your Sandwiches on the top.
Your delicious Sandwiches are ready to be served. Always serve Hot!
Tips -
1. If you like little raw veggies, saute them only for 2 minutes. I like to saute a little more.
2. Again you can use any Sandwich Bread, in my opinion, it tastes so good with Multigrain Seeds Bread.
3. You can use any Butter, I feel Amul Butter is the tastiest butter, that's why I am using this one.
4. You can use Griller to grill the sandwich. For this sandwich bread, I like to use Tawa.
