Sometimes we don't have much time to get a tiffin ready. Or sometimes we are going for picnic & want some lunch which should remain fresh.
Here is an easy recipe which can not only be cooked fast but its also very yummy.
I always keep Boiled Potatoes because we can make so many recipes with them. For me potato is a King of Sabjis as it cooks so fast. :)
I hope you will like this recipe. It will take less than 10 mins to prepare.
Step 2. Add Chopped Potatoes & all the remaining Spices on lower flame. Stir well so that all the masala wraps the potatoes.
Step 3. Add Lemon Juice & cook for 5 more mins.
Serve Hot. You can garnish with finely chopped coriander, I don't eat coriander thats why I don't use it. Your easy Spicy Masala Aloo is ready. Perfect for tiffins. Enjoy :)

Spicy Masala Aloo
Ingredients :-
- 3 tsp Oil
- 3 big chopped Boiled Potatoes
- 4 Chopped Green Chillies
- 1/4 tsp Hing / Asafoetida
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds / Jeera
- 3 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Haldi / Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Half Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
Method :-
Step 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add Jeera, Hing & Green chillies. Cook it for a minute.Step 2. Add Chopped Potatoes & all the remaining Spices on lower flame. Stir well so that all the masala wraps the potatoes.
