Hello my beautiful people! 😍
When I was in College accidentally my leg was burned with a silencer, that time I was all alone at home as my parents were out of town. I tried so many home remedies & yes some of them did work for me. Now a days I hear so much accidents regarding burns! So I thought why shouldn't I write about it. In this post we will know about burns & also some home made remedies which will solve our problems related to it.

Homemade Remedies for Minor (First Degree) Skin Burns

There are easy home made remedies which solve our problems. But this will only work in Minor (First Degree) Burns, if the victim is a child or a very old person I recommend to see the doctor as their skin is very sensitive. Also guys I am not a doctor, I am sharing tips which works for me!!

1. Cold Water :-

Dip your hand in the cold water for 15 mins. Repeat this method every two hours till you feel relieved . Don't use chilled water or Ice cubes, this can damage the skin around the burn.

2. Cold Milk :-

Dip your hand in the cold milk for 15 mins. Repeat this method in every two hours just like a Cold Water till you feel relieved . Milk gives you relief from burns & at the same time start nourishing your skin texture.

3Aloe Vera :-

After dipping your hand in water or milk, dry gently your skin & apply Aloe Vera gel by its leaf, use a fresh gel. Apply it for 1 hour & repeat this process 2 times in a day till your burn does not get completely cured.
Its soothing & rejuvenating properties will help cool the burned skin. If you don't have Aloe Vera plant , use can use Aloe Vera gel which are available in Markets.

4. Raw Honey :-

Raw honey has wonderful antiseptic & healing properties. It draws fluids out of the tissues & thus cleans the burned area.
Take a small amount of Raw Honey & apply in the affected area. Leave it for 2 hours if you want you can use Plastic wraps to cover the area. Be very gentle. Repeat this remedy twice a day. If you don't have Raw Honey you can use Regular Honey.

5. Black Tea Bags :-

The Black tea can help draw heat out of a burn and thus reduce pain. Put 3-4 bags in a cup of cool water and let them sit for a few minutes. Then dab the tea bags gently on the burned area. If you are not comfortable with tea bags you can use cold tea water. This will help to cool down the sensation of Burns.

6. Coconut Oil :-

Coconut oil is rich in Vitamin E and fatty acids . It has a cooling effect on the skin and when applied generously will keep skin supple, moisturized and will prevent peeling, blistering and scarring. Apply Coconut Oil on the effective area & sleep over night.

These are the few Remedies which i have tried & it works for me! These are all natural but if you found any discomfort stop using it & consult a doctor. Remember this all are for Minor Burns.
