So in today's article, I am sharing very easy tips from which you not only will soften the Paneer but also it will taste super fresh and soft. Let's see how to do it!!

How to Soften Frozen Paneer


What to do??


Step 1.
Remove Paneer from Freezer. Leave it for 5-10 minutes at Room temperature.

Step 2. Meanwhile, in a deep Pan, heat the water and bring it to boil.

Step 3. Once the water starts boiling, add Paneer into the Water.

Step 4. Use can chop the Paneer into the cubes then add or you can add the complete solid block of Paneer into the Water.

Remember; Cube Paneer gets softer fast.

Step 5. Boil it for 2-3 minutes. Check the Paneer, if it's still hard then boil it for 1 more minute.

Step 6. Remove Paneer from boiling water, run it in room temperature water.

Your super soft and fresh Paneer is ready to use! Add the cubes into the gravy or make sweet dishes. Use it like you use fresh Paneer.

Remember - 

The Harder your Paneer is, the Hotter the water you need. But keep checking during boiling to avoid the Paneer getting extremely soft and crumpled on Gravy.
