New Year Special Healthy Wheat Pizza

Hello my beautiful people :)
Everyone is set for the year and I am sure ready to take the new resolutions also. I know many of you guys have taken a resolution of eating healthy. That's why I have made a Wheat Pizza which is Healthy and Tasty at the same time.
Lets begin this New Year's with a Healthy & Delicious Recipe. Hope you guys will enjoy it.

Healthy Wheat HomeMade Pizza | New Year Special

Ingredients :-

For the Dough :-

  • 1 1/2  cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon White Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Warm Water

For the Pizza Topping :-

  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Capsicums
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Paneer
  • 1 Cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Pizza / Pasta Tomato Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoon Hot & Sweet Tomato Chilli Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes
  • Salt To taste

Method  :-

For the Dough :-

Step 1.  In a large bowl take flour , in the center make some space and add yeast , sugar and warm water. Let it stand for 10 min. Cover the bowl.
Step 2.  After 10 min when the yeast gets activated , add salt , olive oil & desired water and knead the mixture to make the dough.
Step 3.  Add little oil on top of the dough & either wrap it with plastic wrapper or put it in air tight container. Keep it aside for 1 hour.
Step 4.  Once 1 hour is over depending upon the number of pizza you want to make , divide it into the same number of pieces in the shape of balls. Keep it for 20 minutes more. Cover again.

For the Pizza :-

Step 5.  Preheat the oven to 350 F .
Step 6.  Take an Oven safe tray and grease it with either butter or olive oil.
Step 7.  Take a dough ball. Roll out into four to five inches diameter disk of medium thickness.
Step 8.  Now Cut it in the shape of 'H' with the help of knife.
Step 9.  Make 'N' and 'Y' similar to 'H' as shown in the picture.
Step 10.  Place all your letters pizza base in the tray.

For the Topping :-

Step 11.  Spread Pizza / Pasta Sauce as your first topping on the pizza base.
Step 12.  Spread Hot Chilli Sauce after it.
Step 13.  Add  chopped capsicums on the border sides of H , N and Y. Slightly press them in.
Step 14.  Add onion & paneer in the middle of the bases.
Step 15.  Add salt and all spices over them.
Step 16.  Finally make it more tastier by adding grated cheese all over the pizza.
Step 17.  Your Pizza is ready to be baked in the oven. Bake the pizza for 15- 20 min based upon the thickness , until the crust is crispy and cheese is melted on the top.

Your Healthy , Tasty New Year Pizza is ready.Garnish it with your favorite seasoning.
