Almond Mango Chia Seeds Pudding | Recipe

Today we are making a Fusion style recipe where I am combining Indo-Western flavor. Here we are combining three healthy ingredients like Almond Milk, Chia Seeds, and Mango. The recipe is a simple ingredient recipe called Almond Mango Chia Seeds Pudding Recipe. Almond Milk makes this good for lactose intolerant people too, Chia Seeds adds the benefits of antioxidants & fiber and finally, Mango has a lot of surprising benefits apart from being very delicious too. You can make this recipe and even store it overnight too. Let's see how to make this delicious and healthy Pudding Recipe.


Almond Mango Chia Seed Pudding Recipe


Ingredients -

  • 2 fresh Mangoes
  • 250 ml Almond Milk
  • 4 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2-3 drops of Vanilla Essence
  • Pinch of Cardamom Powder
  • Half tbsp Dry Coconut Powder for Garnishing
  • Chopped Mangoes for Garnishing
  • Sliced Almonds for Garnishing

Method -

We are going to make this recipe into 2 parts, first, we prepare the Base then the Toppings.

Base -
Step 1. In an air-tight container combine Almond Milk, Chia seeds, only 2 tbsp Maple Syrup, Vanilla Essence, and Cardamom Powder.
Step 2. Whisk it well for 1 minute.
Step 3. Close it properly or cover with a cling film ( plastic wrap ). We should not have any air.
Step 4. Refrigerate the mixture for 2-3 hours.
Step 5. Your Chia seed Pudding is ready!  Make sure that before serving you whisk the pudding again so they have a thick but smooth consistency.


Toppings -
Step 6. In a Blender; add Mango cubes and make a smooth puree.

Combine Everything -
Step 7. Take a glass and decorate the edges with the maple syrup and chia seeds. (Optional Step)
Step 8. Pour Mango Puree on the bottom half of the Glass.
Step 9. Now Pour Chia seed Pudding on the top of the Glass.
Step 10. Garnish with chopped Mangoes, Almonds, Coconut Powder, and 1 tbsp Maple Syrup (Optional for more flavor).
Your delicious Almond Mango Chia Seed Pudding is ready!


Tips -
1. You can prepare the Base (Chia seed Pudding) in the night and refrigerate it overnight, in the morning just add your toppings.
2. If you like thick creamy consistency then instead of Almond Milk you can use Coconut Milk.
3. The same goes with sweetener if you don't like Maple Syrup you can use Honey or Stevia.
4. Cardamom Powder and Vanilla Essence are optional.
