Hello my beautiful people! 😍
We wish you all a very Happy Ganesh Chaturthi. Every year in Khushi's World we prepare Modak on this special occasion but this year why don't we try something different and creative. Today we are preparing a very quick, instant, and no-cook recipe known as Coconut Mice. If you are also confused about what to prepare this time then do try this. It can be prepared within 10 min and is very easy to make. We are sure this creative recipe will be loved by everyone in your family including your kids especially.
Step 1. Take a bowl and mix together Coconut Powder, Almond Powder, and Cardamom. Keep some Coconut Powder aside for mice coating later.
Step 2. Start adding Condensed Milk slowly in the mixture and prepare a soft dough.
Step 3. Now we will start preparing the Mouse. We will make it in two parts.
Step 4. First, we will make the back portion of Mouse. Take a good quantity of dough and make the mouse body (everything below the neck portion). It can be made by making a circular roll in hands and then slightly pressing it to give a little elongated shape.
Step 5. Take a little smaller quantity of dough compared to the previous step and make the upper body of the mouse. Join both the parts and your mouse is ready to be decorated.
Step 6. Put one-one almonds on each side of the face to make Mouse ears. Using Black Lentils, Raisins and Maggie make their Eyes, Mouth, and Tail respectively.
Step 7. Make as many mice as you want. Before serving coat the mice with the Coconut Powder to avoid stickiness.
Note:- We have not added Sugar but if you like more sweetness you can use powdered sugar. Also while eating remove Maggie and Black lentils as they are raw.
Your beautiful and tasty Coconut Mice is ready to be eaten. You can store it in an airtight container in a cool place. Enjoy this Ganesh Chaturthi with your loved ones and our Coconut Mice.
