Cardamom (Elaichi) Lassi | Recipe

I already shared Mango Lassi and Rosie Lassi before! In today's post we are making another very commonly eaten lassi called Elaichi Lassi. It takes less than 2 mins to make this recipe and you even don't need too many ingredients to make it. Without any further delay let's see how to make it!!

Cardamom (Elaichi) Lassi | Recipe


Ingredients :-

All the measurements are according to 1 glass.
  • One third cup of Yogurt/Curd
  • Two third cup of Cold Water 
  • 4 tbsp Sugar 
  • 1 tsp Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder 
  • Ice Cubes (Optional)
  • Jar

Method :-

Step 1. In a Jar, add Curd, Water, Sugar, Cardamom Powder and Ice cubes(Optional).
Step 2. With the help of hand blender mix it well.
Step 3. Garnish it with✊
Your tasty Elaichi Lassi is ready. Serve cold!! If you would like to have thicker Lassi; add more yogurt, you can take half half proportions each of water & yogurt! You can prepare this in advance and store them in refrigerator. Make sure you again mix it well before serving.
