Hello, my beautiful people! 😍
I am a big foodie and absolutely love sweets. However, one problem with Sweets is that it contains lots & lots of Sugar which is not healthy for daily use. So should we stop eating sweets😕 What if I say there is another way?
In today's post, I am sharing one of my recent favorite Recipes which I am eating from the last 3 to 4 months and loving it!! It is sweet but naturally sweet & without artificial sugar. All the ingredients are extremely healthy and the best part is that it's very easy to make. I am talking about Dry-fruit Ladoos.
Without further delay lets see how to make it!!
Step 1. In Non-sticky Pan; add Walnuts, Almonds, and Cashews. Don't add any Ghee!
Step 2. Dry roast them for 2-3 mins on medium heat. Remove the dry-fruits from heat after.
Step 3. In another Non-sticky Pan; add Ghee, once it gets melted add Poppy Seeds. Cook it for 45 seconds.
Step 4. Add Roasted Dry-fruits (Walnuts, Almonds, and Cashews), Raisins, Dates, and Coconut.
Step 5. Cook it for 30-40 seconds. Now add Nutmeg Powder cook it for 30 seconds more.
Step 6. Remove pan from heat, now add Cardamom Powder and mix it well.
We don't want to cook this dry-fruits, just want to combine all the ingredients.
Step 7. Let the mixture cool down for 2-3 mins.
Step 8. Once you feel you can handle the mixture, start making ladoos out of the mixture.
Step 9. Take a small portion of the mixture and using hands give them a round shape.
Step 10. Place all the Ladoos in a plate, now sprinkle Pistachios Powder on top of the ladoos.
Your delicious Dry-fruit Ladoos are ready!
Once they cool down completely store them in an Air-tight container.
You can store the Ladoos for 2 to 3 months in an air-tight container. No need to refrigerate it, unless the weather is extremely hot.
