No Cook Malai Kulfi | Dessert

Last month we shared our No Cook Mango Kulfi and you people loved it so much. In today's post we are sharing Malai Kulfi Recipe and this is also an instant version where No Cooking is involved. This recipe is best when you don't want to spend too much time in kitchen but still want to have a delicious dessert. Let's see how to make it!!

No Cook Malai Kulfi | Dessert Recipe



Ingredients :-

  • 1 cup full Milk-Cream ( Malai )
  • Half cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 tbsp Dry Fruits
  • 1 tsp Saffron (Kesar)
  • 1 tsp Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
  • Kulfi Moulds or China Bowl or Glass Bowl

Method :-

Step 1. In a Bowl, add all the Ingredients.
Step 2. Mix this mixture properly to avoid any lumps.
Step 3. Pour this puree (mixture) in Kulfi moulds or in Glass.
Step 5. Refrigerate it for 5-6 hours or overnight.
Step 6. Once your Kulfi is ready, Garnish it with some pistachios and serve it immediately.
Your delicious Malai Kulfi is ready!!

Note :-
# This method here is not a regular Malai Kulfi recipe process, it's an instant version.
# For removing Kulfi from moulds; place the kulfi mould in water or running water for few seconds, then with the help of knife gently remove Kulfi from Moulds. If you have wooden stick use them to get market style Kulfi.
# If you don't have Kulfi Moulds than use regular china bowl or even regular bowl or glass. But yes don't forget to cover it with plastic wrapper.
