Vegetable Cutlet

Hello my beautiful people  :)

Every season has its own treasures & things to enjoy. Rainy season always brings a lot of memories from my childhood. Enjoying hot snacks at home with all my family & doing long talks were always cherish-able moments. Lets come to the present again because because present is a gift of God that is why it is called as present ( you must have heard this in KungFu Panda movie ). For all those people who want to enjoy home made snacks I am sharing vegetarian cutlet.
Vegetarian cutlet is full of taste, full of hotness & definitely lot of good ingredients too. This is my version of Cutlets. So lets start the process.

Vegetable Cutlet

Ingredients  :-

  • 1 Boiled Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Boiled Peas
  • 1/2 cup Boiled Corns
  • 1/2 Steamed Carrot
  • 1/2 Capsicum
  • 2-3 Chopped Green Chillies
  • Bread Crumps for binding
  • 2 tsp Corn Flour
  • 1 tsp Red Chillie Powder
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • Oil for Shallow Frying
  • Heart Shape mold (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Method  :-

Step 1.  Grate all the vegetables & mix it into bowl.

Step 2.  Add Peas, Corns & Chilies. Mash the complete mixture.

Step 3.  Now add all the masala & if the mixture is little liquid add Bread Crumbs.

Step 4. Once you will see that mixture is thick in consistency, with the help of mold gives the shape of heart.

Step 5.  Heat the Oil in the Pan for Shallow Frying. I prefer shallow frying compared to deep frying because it uses less oil.

Step 6.  Make the mixture of Corn Flour with equal part of water.

Step 7.  Dip your tikkies in Corn Flour mixture, then dip in Bread Crumbs.

Step 8.  Fry this tikkies in the Oil. Once it's become golden brown remove it from the pan.

Your Vegetable Cutlet are ready. Serve Hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.

Enjoy this Cutlet with your family in this Rainy Days. I hope you like this.

Stay Special .. Be Blessed
