The season is changing and flu and virus are everywhere. It is very important that we take care of our immune system. In today's post, we are sharing the Immunity Booster Shot Recipe. Immunity Booster Shots

Ingredients -

  • 1/4 tbsp Grated Ginger Juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 cup Water (Room Temperature)
  • 1/4 tsp Honey

Method -

Step 1. Mix all the ingredients in a glass of water.
Step 2. Pour them in the Shot Glass.
Your Immunity Booster Shot is ready, always make fresh and drink immediately.

Note -
1. With this measurement, you will get 2 Glasses of Shots.
2. If you like you can also add 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar in your drink.

I personally prefer the Immunity Booster Drink as a Shot version as I don't have Cold. I like to drink this every evening for 2 hours before bed. If you have a Cold then make the drink as a Tonic version (Immune Boosting Tonic). Be consistent with this drink, also try to eat fresh and healthy food.
