Homemade Immune-Boosting Tonic [ Improve your Health & Increase Immunity ] | Recipe

The season is changing and flu and virus are everywhere. It is very important that we take care of our immune system. In today's post, we are sharing a Homemade Immune-Boosting Tonic Recipe. Homemade Immune-Boosting Tonic

Ingredients -

  • 1/4 tbsp Grated Ginger Juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 cup Water (Room Temperature)
  • 1/4 tsp Honey

Method -

Step 1. In a Pot; add turmeric, ginger, lemon, cayenne pepper, water, and bring to a boil.
Step 2. Once the mixture has boiled, let it simmer for 10 more minutes on medium flame.
Step 3. Strain and add the honey.
Your Immunity Booster Drink in the Tonic version is ready. Drink Hot.

Note -
1. With this measurement, you will get 2 Glasses of Shots.
2. If you like you can also add 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar in your drink.

I personally prefer the Immunity Booster Shot, but when I feel I need something Hot I drink Immune-Boosting Tonic. If you have a Cold then make the drink as a Tonic version (Immune Boosting Tonic). Be consistent with this drink, also try to eat fresh and healthy food.
