What is Acai? Acai Berries are found in the Southern American rainforests. Being one of the Superfood Acai berries are packed with antioxidants, full of fiber, heart-healthy fats, calcium and lots of other nutrients.
Today using the health benefits of Acai Berries we are making Banana Strawberry Acai Bowl. Acai Bowl is one of the good options especially at the start of the day to keep you energetic. Great Breakfast and Evening Option especially in Hot Summer Days! Let's make this healthy recipe!!
For Acai Puree:

Step 2. In a Blender; add Banana, Strawberry, Acai Pulp, Almond Milk, and Honey. Blend everything till to get a smooth consistency.
Step 3. Pour Acai Mixture into a deep bowl. Arrange toppings on top of the mixture.
Step 4. Add slices of Banana, Strawberry, add Blueberry and Granola.
Step 5. On the top, Sprinkle some Coconut Flakes and Chia Seeds.
Step 6. If you want you can drizzle some Honey too. My Granola already has Honey so I am not adding it again.

Note:- If you want to get a thicker consistency you can use Frozen Fruits. I like to use fresh fruits apart from Acai.

Banana Strawberry Acai Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:-
For Acai Puree:
- 1 (100g) pack of frozen Acai Berry Pulp
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 cup Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Honey
For Topping:
- 1/2 sliced Banana
- 5-6 sliced Strawberries
- 5-6 Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Nut Mixed Granola
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flakes
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Step 1. I am using Frozen Acai Berry Pulp; according to its instructions, you have to place Frozen Packet for 1 min in hot water.
