Mango Salsa

Hello my beautiful people :)
In my entire life I ate Riped Mangoes either in dessert form or as it is. Contrary Raw Mangoes is the only type which is meant for Chutney or any tangy dishes. In today's post I am sharing one of my recent favorite recipe where we are using our regular sweet tasty Mangoes and giving it a little twist!! I am talking about Mango Salsa!!! Yes Mango Salsa which is very different from regular Salsa. Here no cooking is involved and you can have it as side dish with some chips or nachos, you can even have it as Salad. There are so many variations of this recipe and here I am sharing my variation. Let's see how to make it!! :)


Mango Salsa Recipe

Ingredients :-

  • 1 cup chopped Mangoes
  • Half finely chopped Green Pepper
  • Half finely chopped Red Pepper
  • Half finely chopped White Onion
  • Few finely chopped Jalapeno (Optional)
  • Half Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped Cilantro Leaves
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Black-pepper to taste


Method :-

Step 1. Take a Bowl & mix Mangoes, both Red and Green Pepper, Onion and Cilantro Leaves.
Step 2. Toss everything together.
Step 3. Add Lime Juice, Salt and Black-pepper.
Step 4. Mix it together again and refrigerate it for 1-2 hours.
Your tasty Mango Salsa is ready!! You can either serve it with Nachos or Chips, you can even eat like a salad too.
