The festive month of Diwali has begun. We are all excited about this festival which is just a few days ahead. This week I will be sharing with you some tasty & toothsome recipes to make
our festival more colorful.
We all love sweets & we all love Ladoo. Start your festival time with this Malai Ladoo with a taste of Paneer.
Step 2. Mash Paneer & then blend in a mixer. It will not be easy to blend but blend it in short intervals.
Step 3. In a Kadai mix the paneer & Sweetened Condensed Milk well & cook on slow fire stirring constantly.
Step 4. Cook for 5-7 mins till the mixture thickens & leaves the water.
Step 5. Remove from fire & add Kewra essence. Let it cool down.
Step 6. Once it gets cool make Ladoos out of it.
Step 7. Using your fingertip put the orange color on top of Ladoos.
Step 8. Garnish with Pistachios & Kesar.
Your delicious Malai Ladoos are ready to go in your stomach! :)

Malai Ladoo
Ingredients -
- 300 gm grated mashed Paneer
- 150 gm sweetened Condensed Milk ( Milkmaid )
- 5 drops Kewra Essence
- 1-2 drops Orange Food Color
- 1 tsp Saffron (Kesar)
- Sliced Pistachios
Method -
Step 1. While using refrigerated Paneer, boil it in water for 5 minutes. Boiling will make it softer & easier to mash.Step 2. Mash Paneer & then blend in a mixer. It will not be easy to blend but blend it in short intervals.
