Hello my beautiful people :)
Diwali is not only about eating lot of sweets but for people who like to celebrate it healthy way I have options too. I always strive to prepare something different & healthy. On this Diwali lets prepare some snacks which are made up of Oats & have a yummy taste too. Perfect Snack for tea time & weight watchers.
Step 2. Mix all the Ingredients in the Bowl except the Milk.
Step 3. Start mixing Milk into the bowl & start making a dough.
Milk helps to give softness so that it won't become too hard after baking & become crispy.
Step 4. Create slightly bigger size equal balls from the dough.
Step 5. With the roller roll out 6-7 inches diameter disks of thin thickness.
Step 6. Now with the help of Cookies Cutter, cut them.
Step 7. Prick with a fork all over the Crackers.
Step 8. Place them in the baking tray.
If you want you can brush the tray with some Olive Oil but personally I don't do that because it is not necessary.
Step 9. Bake this for 15 mins on 300 F. First cook for 10 mins then check & flip the side.Cook it for 5 mins more.
Keep checking it because it cooks faster as it has Oats. If they turn little brown it means they are cooked properly.
Step 10. Once they are cooked wait for 15-20 min till they cool down, and then you can store them in Air tight container.
Initially they might look soft but once they cool down they will become crunchy.
Note :- Keep eye on the oats because they cook very fast. When I prepared it first I cooked them for 20 mins & they all got burned :(
Enjoy this tasty crunchy Crackers. Perfect for tea time & healthy too. If you like it share it with your friends and family.
