New Year has begun, its time for new resolutions and avoiding sweets. But this time we will do something different. We will still make sweets and eat them too? Yes, we are going to make Dry-Fruits Chocolate Energy Balls, you can also say Dry-Fruits Chocolate Ladoo, Dark Chocolate Oats Bites or Dry-Fruits Chocolate Energy Bites. These only take 20 minutes to make, super easy, filling, extremely healthy and delicious. Let's see how we can make it!


Dry-Fruits Chocolate Energy Bites | Recipe


  • 1 cup Old fashion Oats
  • Half cup Dark Chocolate (melted)
  • 6 chopped dates
  • Half cup chopped Dry-Fruits (Almonds, Cranberries, Raisins, Walnuts)
  • Half tbsp Chia Seeds

Method -

Step 1. Melt the Dark Chocolate, I am using Chocolate Melter, you can either use Microwave or Double Boiler method.
Step 2. In a bowl, add all the ingredients, chopped dates, dry-fruits, chia seeds, oats, and chocolate. Mix it very well.
Step 3. Using a small mixture at a time make small balls (ladoos).
Your delicious Dry-Fruits Chocolate Energy Balls are ready. Store these in an air-tight container.
