Hope you all are enjoying this lovely weather. Although it is diverse climate where some places it is too hot and some places rains are coming, still today I am going to share a beverage which can be taken by anyone and anytime. I am talking about Cold Coffee.

Cold Coffee With Ice Cream Recipe

Cold Coffee is one of my favorite beverage. Two simple reasons; First its very easy & quick to make and Second it is the only way I drink Milk :P :) Whether it is hot summer outside or a pleasant cool weather Cold Coffee is perfect drink you can indulged yourself in. So lets begin the recipe.

Ingredients :-

3/4 Cup Cold Milk
2 scoop Vanilla Ice cream
3 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Coffee Powder
3 tbsp Chocolate Sauce
Some Mini Choco Chips ( For Garnishing )
Whipped Cream( For Garnishing )

Note :- All the measurements are according to one glass.

Method :-

Step 1.  Take the glass and fill 1 tbsp Chocolate Sauce so that it settles at the bottom of the glass. Pour another tbsp Chocolate Sauce on the inner of the glass randomly to make whatever design you like.
Step 2.  Put the glass in freezer for 5 minutes.
Step 3.  Take a blender & mix Vanilla Ice cream, Coffee powder, 1 tbsp Chocolate sauce, Milk & blend it well.
Step 4. Take the glass out & pour the blended mix in it. Garnish it with Whipped Cream & Choco Chips.
Your Cold Coffee with Ice Cream is ready. Serve chilled.
