If you are wondering what fruits we should eat in summer while improving your health too then I have come up with my top 5 list for it. There are lot of options available in market in summer.
Below is the list of the fruits which I prefer and why I prefer them!!

1. Watermelons 

 About 92% weight of watermelon is water & this explains the top benefit of having watermelons in summer. They have Antioxidants, Vitamins C & A & also Potassium which helps muscle & nerve function. Overall watermelon has a sweet taste & fits into a diabetic meal plan also. It has less calories & small amount of Carbs which is ideal for people who wants to maintain their weight also. So beat the heat of this summer with delicious watermelons.


2. Citrus Fruits

Citrus Fruits include Oranges, Lemons, Grapefruits, Tangerines. Oranges are best known for their Vitamin C content. Regular intake of Vitamin C helps to keep your immune system strong.  Citrus fruits have folic acid which is good for reducing depression, cancer, fertility, heart health. They content a lot of juice in them so you can take fruits as it is or can extract juice out of them, but don’t add sugar instead use sugar alternatives if required.


3. Berries

Berries you can think of them as healthy candies. It can be Strawberry, Raspberry, Blackberry, Cranberry & some more. Each berry has its own benefit but a common among all is antioxidants.
