Hello my beautiful people !!
I hope you are all doing well ! India is one of the place where we have festivals almost every month. Most of us also likes to do fasting during festival time. Many people find it difficult to prepare a sweet recipe which we can eat during those days. To help I am presenting a simple & sweet dish which can be taken on both normal days & the special festival days when you people are fasting. This recipe can be enjoyed on any day whether you are fasting or not. I hope you guys will like it.
Step 1. Wash Sabudana with water & drain them.
Step 2. Soak in 1 cup of water. I personally like to soak for 5-6 hrs or full night so that it takes very less time to cook. But you can soak it only for 2 hrs.
Step 3. Start boiling the Milk.
Step 4. Once it comes to a boiling point, reduce the flame & continue to cook until milk achieves desired consistency.
Step 5. Add Saffron, Sugar & soaked Sabudana. Stirring consistently prevents the milk from a burning taste.
Step 6. Cook for about 10 minutes. Add Cardamom Powder & Dry-fruits .
Step 7. Cook for 2 more mins & your Kheer is ready.
Step 8. Garnish with Dry-fruits.
You can serve this as Hot or Cold. It's your choice.
I hope you like it.
Stay Special .. Be Blessed
