Healthy Shell Pasta with Desi Twist


Ingredients :-



  • Boiled Corns
  • Chopped Paneer
  • Chopped half Onion
  • Tomato Puree
  • Garlic Paste
  • Broccoli Long Chopped
  • Capsicum Chopped
  • Pasta Sauce 2 tsp
  • Tomato Sauce 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper powder to taste
  • Oregano, Chili flakes & Parsley flakes
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Shell Pasta
  • Olive oil - 1 1/2 tbsp


Method :-


Step 1. Take water to boil. Add pasta to the boiling water with a little salt . Do not over cook. Now wash pasta with run cold & Keep it aside.
Step 2. Meanwhile, cook the Pasta Gravy. Heat oil, add garlic, onion and fry till nicely browned.Then add the tomato puree & allow it to boil for 2-3 mins.
Step 3. Add Corns , broccoli, capsicum and paneer, cook for a few minutes. Do not over cook.The vegetables should be crispy.
Step 4. Add Pasta Sauce & tomato sauce, cook for 1 min.
Step 5. Add all the spices, Grated Parmesan Cheese & Pasta in it. Toss to combine.


Your Pasta is ready. Serve immediately.
