How To Make Refreshing Pudina Chaas | Recipe

In today post, I am sharing a very refreshing drink which can be served with a meal or in-between of your meals. In India, Buttermilk (Chaas) is a very popular drink which usually people have with their lunch. This drink is extremely popular in Gujarat State. Today we are making this popular drink but with a little twist, we are adding Pudina(Mint) and gonna making Pudina Chaas (Mint Buttermilk). Mint gives a little flavor, helps to cool down the body and refresh your system. This makes it an excellent option for summers. Let's make it!!


Mint Buttermilk | Recipe

Ingredients -

  • 8-10 chopped Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 and a half (1.5) cup of Water
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder (Bhuna Jeera Powder)
  • Rock Salt to taste


Method -

Step 1. In a blender; add all the ingredients. Mix until everything is blended well.
Step 2. Pour in a glass and while serving, add some ice-cubes.
Your delicious Mint Buttermilk is ready! Always serve chilled!!

Note - 
- If you don't have Fresh Mint Leaves, you can add Dry Mint Powder instead.
- You can make in advance & keep it refrigerated. Before serving stir well.
