I hope you all are doing well in this chilling winter. Winter is on its peak & the cold is also getting unbearable. Myself & my husband's holidays season during Christmas & New Year time got wasted due to flu & we had to stay at home throughout those days. That time I got an idea for a dish to take revenge ( just kidding stay away from revenge ) from winter and keep ourselves healthy. The dish I am presenting now will satisfy your taste buds and keep you healthy too.
Here I present you Kesar Badam Milk. It contains protein, calcium and many more healthy ingredients.
Ingredients :-
- 4 Cups Milk
- 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder ( Elaichi Powder )
- 1/2 tsp Saffron ( Kesar )
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
Method :-
Step 1. Take a pan, heat milk & bring it to boil.
Step 2. Once it reaches boiling point, add Almonds, Kesar & Sugar. Boil on low heat for 10-12 minutes more and stir consistently. Stirring consistently prevents the milk from a burning taste.
Step 3. When you see the milk has become half of the original milk , add Cardamom ( Elaichi ) Powder & boil for 3-4 minutes more.
Your Kesar Badam Milk is ready. Garnish with Sliced Almonds & Kesar. Serve Hot.

Serve hot in your favorite glasses or Kulhars. At the place where I am living I couldn't find the Kulhars so I used similar type of Clay Glasses for my Kesar Badam Milk :) Guys do like the post & share it with your friends and family.

Thanks for sharing Almond milk recipe, it is the healthiest drink. In winters milk can consumed warm and in summers chilled Badam Milk is very refreshing.
