Healthy Paneer Corn Disc

Hello my beautiful Moms :)
There are many friends of mine who are moms and they always have one question, What Food Should I make for the Kids, they want something new to eat ? Also they want the food options to be healthy at the same time for their children. Today's recipe is one of the recipes in this category. 
Without delaying further lets get into the recipe.

Healthy Paneer Corn Disc

Ingredients :-

  • 3 slices bread
  • Corn
  • Chopped Capsicum
  • Salsa Sauce
  • Graded Paneer
  • Black Pepper
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Chili Flakes
  • Salt
  • Butter

Method :-

Step 1. Take a bowl and mixed all Ingredients except Salsa & Butter.
Step 2. Take a bread & cut its edges. I am using Glass to shape them.
Step 3. Apply Butter & Salsa on bread, then put all the Mixed Ingredients on top.
Step 4. Pre heat your oven to 360 F.
Step 5. Bake it for 10 mins.
Serve with your favorite sauce.Your Healthy Crispy Disc is ready. :)
