Macadamia Nuts Chocolate Chips Cookies | Christmas Special

Today we are sharing Macadamia Nuts Chocolate Chips Cookies Recipe for Christmas Special.

Hello, my beautiful people! 😍
Christmas season is all about tasty treats and festive decorations. This is my second favorite festival among all. The most popular foods this time are Cookies and Cakes. Also, Baking is very popular. People love to make Cookies for their family and friends.
In today's post, I am gonna share the most popular Cookies that are Chocolate Chips Cookies with the little twist of Macadamia.
In Khushi's World, I always share the Vegetarian Recipe only, as I am a Vegetarian. Although my husband does eat Eggs and I also eat eggs only in Cake and Cookies. First time I am gonna share the Recipe which has Eggs. Recently I decided to start to learn Baking with Eggs. This was my first baking with it and it turned out superb. If you people don't eat eggs then don't worry, will soon share another Cookie Recipe without Eggs.
Let's see how to make it!

Macadamia Chocolate Chips Cookies

Ingredients -

Wet Ingredients -
  • 1 cup plain soft Butter (not melted)
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Egg

Dry Ingredients -
  •  2 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp White Salt
  • 1 cup Semisweet Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Macadamia Nuts

This measure will give you 16 big Cookies.

Method -

Step 1. First, preheat your oven to 375 F or 190 C.
Step 2. Now we will start with Wet Ingredients.
Step 3. In a deep large bowl combine all the Wet Ingredients (Eggs, Butter, both the Sugars and Vanilla Essence).
Step 4. Beat all the ingredients at medium speed with the help of Electric Mixer. If you don't have a one,  then use Hand Mixer and mix it well.
Step 5. Keep blending the mixture until you get a creamy smooth consistency. For me, it took 12-15 minutes.

Step 6. Now we will work with Dry Ingredients.
Step 7. Once you get the creamy texture, add Dry Ingredients in the same bowl.
Step 8. Stir All-Purpose Flour, Baking Soda and Salt so that you get a smooth powder.
Step 9. With the help of Spatula or Hand make a dough. We want the Stiff dough.
Step 10. Add Chocolate Chips and Macadamia Nuts to the dough and again mix it properly. Your Cookie Dough is ready.

Step 11. On Baking Tray place a Cookie Sheet.
Step 12. With the help of Ice-cream scoop, drop dough on the baking sheet. Fill the scoop completely with dough then about 2 inches apart from the previous dough, drop the dough scoop.
Note - The Cookies get bigger that's why leaving space on each Cookie is important.

Step 13. Bake the cookies for 8 minutes on 375 F. After 8 minutes if you feel that your Cookies are not ready then bake for 1-2 minutes more. We want a light golden color.
Step 14. Once the Cookies are ready. Safely Remove the Cookies from Oven.
Step 15. Cook them for a minute then with the help of Flat Spoon shift the Cookies from Baking Sheet and place them into Cookie Wire Tray. This will help them to not to get soggy from the Bottom.
Step 16. Let it cool down completely. Store them in an Air-tight Container.
Your delicious mouth-watering Macadamia Chocolate Chips Cookies are ready!! Serve them as it is or with a glass of Milk.

Note -
- I want fluffy and muffin style cookies. If you want flat Cookies then after you drop the dough on the baking sheet, gently press the dough.
- If you don't want to use Macadamia Nuts then use your favorite Nuts or you can even skip it and make plain Chocolate Chips Cookies.

These are perfect for Kids Tiffin, Tea Time, or Milk Time. In my home, its super hit and I hope you and you will love it too. Definitely give this recipe a try and don't forget to share your feedback with me. I will also share the Eggless Version of this Cookies soon, so be in touch.
