Kesar Peda & Chocolate Peda in Microwave | Recipe

Hello, my beautiful people!!😍
I am sharing today one of the Microwave recipes as these are quick & easy to prepare. There are many desserts I have shared till now however this one is one of my favorite. I like Peda very much and I am sure many of you might also be loving it. Today I will be sharing two types of Pedas. Both are very easy to prepare and involves no cooking. Let's get started and see how to prepare the Pedas.

KesarChocolatePeda_KhushiWorld

Ingredients:-

  • 1 can sweeten Condensed Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk Powder
  • 1 tsp Saffron (Kesar)
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
  • 1 tsp Pure Ghee
  • 2 tsp Chocolate Powder or 1 small Dairy Milk
  • 3 tsp milk (for mixing Kesar)
  • Dry fruits

For Kesar Peda:-

Method:-

Step 1.  Mix Kesar & milk together & keep it aside.
Step 2.  Mix the Condensed milk, Milk powder and ghee in a microwave-safe bowl.
Step 3.  Place the bowl in the microwave for 1 min. Once it's done remove & mix it well again.
Step 4.  Add Kesar Milk, Elaichi powder in the bowl & mix again.
Step 5.  Now repeat Step 3 again, for 3 more mins in the microwave. After every min, remove the mixture & mix it well. This will help to keep it away from burning.
Step 6.  Once it's done, cool down the mixture & make some small balls & press it with your hands to give it a proper Peda shape.
Step 7.  Press the Dry fruits on the pedal to garnish it.
You are done.

Chocolate Peda:-

All the process is the same as the upper one except Step 1 & 4.
Step 4.  Add Chocolate Powder in the mixture & microwave it.

Enjoy your Instant Peda  :)
